Ericka is a highly motivated real estate agent with an unwavering passion for helping individuals and families decide and acquire the best property as their greatest investment!

Before real estate, Ericka was Director of operations of a full-service resort on the Gunflint Trail for over 10 years.  Managing 14 cabins, a campground, boat, and snowmobile rentals as well as full-service bar and restaurant.  Like hospitality, real estate is a very fast paced environment with many challenges throughout the day that need to be mitigated.  You can be sure that where there is fire, there is Ericka working diligently to put it out.  

Ericka volunteers at LSAR on the Government Affairs Committee, keeping her up to date on what is happening on a local, state, and national level.  She is also a dedicated member to Rockhill Church, and can be seen volunteering in ways that give back to the greater lake’s region.  Working mom of three, she has the love and support of her husband Dan who is ready to step in when you call Ericka for all your real estate needs.
